CPHA thanks everyone for their donation’s of time and material to make Capell Park Ice Rink a success.
The City of Chubbuck’s Support of it’s Park & Recreation is shown in the continued commitment to expansion within Capell Park.
2008 saw the completion of the City’s new maintenance building. Land that was set aside for the future Sport’s Complex was used during construction.
As part of it’s commitment to restore Capell park to the Public, Mayer England agreed to have the 100 x 200 Ice Pond excavated while the equipment was on-site.
Volunteer’s from CPHA spent many late night hours to fill the Natural Pond Ice Rink.
CPHA’ Partnership with The City of Chubbuck’s commitment to expand recreational options, while maintaining fiscal responsibility, continues to the model for expansion.
2009 CPHA gains membership into Idaho Amature Hockey League and moves the ice sheet inside the hockey boards. Plans to host ice hockey games with other USA Hockey Leagues from Idaho Falls & others cities are underway. Please visit www.CPHA.me for times
