WE ARE MEETING WITH THE CONCRETE CONTRACTOR SATURDAY APRIL 24 TO EVALUATE THE IMPACT OF ICE ON THE ROLLER RINK. ONCE RINK IS CLEARED FOR PLAY, ROLLER SKATING CAN RESUME. STAY TUNED HERE FOR UPDATES.

KEEP CHECKING THE WEBSITE FOR SCHEDULES.

NEXT SKATE: ROLLER HOCKEY WILL BE AVAILABLE UPON POSITIVE ASSESSMENT OF THE CONCRETE.

Welcome Back 14U Players!

Coach Shawn and I are excited to begin the 2010-2011 Ice Hockey season.

Starting in September we will work on conditioning and inline practices using ice hockey rules. Our ice season will begin with a travel schedule to Idaho Falls and Logan, Utah as early as October.

Classroom Training dates and location will be announced.

Capital Campaign

Join the CPHA’s “Kids Need a Place to Play! Capital Campaign”
on behalf of Southeast Idaho Kids and Families.
 ”You can make a beneficial and lasting difference in our community.”
 The Chubbuck Pocatello Hockey Association (CPHA) invites you to help build the most exciting indoor recreation complex ever constructed in Southeast Idaho! 
 This new permanent facility will house not only our hockey program, but also host a variety of other exciting recreational events at Chubbuck’s Capell Public Park.
 The Chubbuck Pocatello Hockey Association (CPHA) was formed in 1997 to provide recreational roller hockey opportunities for Southeast Idaho Youth. The league incorporated in 2002 and is a registered 501 (c)(3) corporation with the IRS. 2009 Joined Idaho Armature Hockey Association & USA Ice Hockey. 2010 Started 1st ICE Hockey League Play in SE Idaho.
 The league currently plays on Chubbuck’s outstanding outdoor hockey rink in Capell Park.  The rink’s construction was a cooperative effort between the City of Chubbuck, Pape Custom Concrete, Idaho Power, and a variety of other community sponsors. 
 Progress:
Phase 1) Build Outdoor Inline Hockey Rink – Completed
Phase 2) Locate & Purchase Zamboni Ice Resurfacer – Complete
Phase 3) Construct outdoor Natural Ice Rink – 2009 Successful
Phase 4) Move Ice Rink within Protective B
oard system – 2010 Successful
Phase 5) Cover Outdoor Rink to protect from snow & rain –
Phase 6) Build Permanent Ice Rink/Hockey Arena-
