The site of the new in-line skate rink at Chubbuck has begun construction and is expected to be finished by Aug 11. Next spring, city officials anticipate adding a roof, concession stands and locker rooms to the venue. In three or four years they hope to add an ice rink. Journal photo by Bill Schaefer
